The Role We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable professional to join this dynamic school environment. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate financial processing and compliance with education sector regulations. Key responsibilities include: Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations Managing accounts receivable, including fee collection and follow-ups Handling school financial transactions in line with department guidelines Utilising CASES21 and Compass for financial management and reporting Assisting with general administrative and finance-related tasks Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you must have: Previous experience in an accounts payable/receivable role within the Victorian education sector Proficiency in CASES21 and Compass Strong understanding of financial processes, including reconciliations and reporting Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team A valid Working with Children's Check and National Police Check Benefits & Perks $45-50/hr + Super Work in a welcoming and supportive school community Convenient northern suburbs location with onsite parking Opportunity to contribute to an organisation that makes a real impact in education How to apply: To apply, follow the link provided or apply on our website.
