About the role Salary up to $90,000 including super 15 mth contract on offer Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer on contract for approximately 15 mths. This role is based out of the International Towers on the harbour foreshore of Barangaroo at one of Australia’s most progressive workspaces and one of the world’s most sustainable commercial precincts. Hybrid working arrangements are available and offered on 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. You will be part of the team responsible for managing collections, which can involve making up to 50+ calls a day as well as managing banking allocations. Other key responsibilities in this role will include: Develop & Maintain Relationships with key stakeholders Maintain high level of Customer Service Coordinate banking transactions & maintain clear transaction records Follow-up to resolve unallocated or disputed items Generate reports & perform account reconciliations About your experience Our successful candidate will come to us with previous experience in an Accounts Receivable position, preferably within a large FMCG or Agribusiness. Other key criteria for your success are: Highly desirable would be proven experience in SAP & Pronto Ability to work autonomously & to deadlines High level of attention to detail Demonstrated process improvement experience & change management skills Ability to challenge the status quo positively / continuous improvement mindset Ready to apply? / How do you apply?
