The Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill a mixed-role position that combines accounts and office administration. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied work environment and enjoys contributing to multiple facets of business operations. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage the invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate records of all financial activities. End of Month Reports: Prepare and present comprehensive end-of-month financial reports to assist in business decision-making. Office Administration Duties: Handle general office administration tasks, including correspondence, record-keeping, and maintaining office supplies. Sales Quotation Generation: Support the sales team by preparing and issuing sales quotations, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery to clients. About You: Proven experience in accounts and office administration. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite. Experience using SAP an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
