Maternity leave contract from March to November 2025 Sydney CBD location The Adecco Group is the world's leading provider of HR Solutions. Responsibilities Our client is seeking an Accounts and Treasury Officer to provide treasury transaction and recording in their system. This position is based in Sydney and is a full-time maternity leave contract from March to November 2025. The key responsibilities in this position are: Initiating wire transfers through online banking platforms Recording cash receipts in the SAP ERP system Handling and/or documenting money market loan transactions Managing foreign exchange contract bookings and related journal entries Processing trade finance documentation Monitoring and providing guidance on daily bank account transactions Preparing the daily fund management report Compiling periodic reports on treasury outstanding items Obtaining credit reports from credit agencies (e.g., Dunn & Bradstreet) upon request Purchasing office supplies as required Performing miscellaneous administrative duties as needed The jobholder will consistently adhere to the guidelines and procedures outlined in the Accounting Handbook and any other relevant finance policies, including those related to credit risks, currency risks, etc. Your Profile Particular Skills/Competencies: Knowledge in treasury accounting and cash management (forex) Familiar with trade finance will be highly regarded Attention to details Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks at same time Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work within a team and flexibility to take on various duties Japanese language skill will be a plus Please register your interest by forwarding your resume via the apply button.
