Acquisition Associate / VP, Sydney Base (BH-74310-4) Location Sydney, Australia Sector Property & Housing Salary Very attractive A leading PERE specializing in strategic acquisitions and partnerships across the APAC region is looking fora highly motivated and experienced Acquisition Associate / Vice President to join the team in Sydney. The successful candidate will focus on identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate acquisition opportunities in Australia and other APAC markets. This role requires a deep understanding of the investment landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Help identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets in Australia and APAC markets. Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions. Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts, including business owners, brokers, and advisors. Prepare detailed investment proposals and presentations for senior management and investment committees. Lead due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal assessments. Negotiate terms and structure of acquisition deals. Monitor and report on the performance of acquired assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of acquisitions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. 3-5 years for Associate level and 5-8 years of experience required for VP level in investment banking, private equity, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully executing acquisition deals. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong network within the investment community in Australia and APAC. Willingness to travel as required.
