Your Role As an Acquisitions Property Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing prime development sites.Your responsibilities include:Sourcing, evaluating, and securing properties for subdivision and development. Conducting feasibility studies and due diligence to guide investment decisions. Negotiating and structuring acquisitions with property owners and agents. Building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate professionals and key stakeholders. Designing and optimizing site layouts to maximize project potential. Collaborating with internal teams across development, design, and construction to ensure successful outcomes. What We’re Looking For 5+ years in real estate and property, with at least 3 years in acquisitions and development management (Sydney market preferred). A strong understanding of development opportunities and trends in Sydney. Ability to assess project feasibility and navigate complex deals. Charismatic and confident in networking, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement. Persistent, resourceful, and solution-focused with a keen eye for opportunities.
