We are on the search for an enthusiastic, driven media professional with experience delivering campaigns across paid search and paid social channels (working with Google Ads or Meta), with expertise in campaign set-up and optimisation, and the ability to analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights for our clients. The opportunity As an Activation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering advertising across SEM and Social for Half Dome's clients. You will be responsible for managing an Activation Executive, and ensuring the client outcomes are in line with business objectives. Your role will involve performance planning, implementation and optimisation, working within the digital team; driving strong performance outcomes for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on progressive, fast-paced accounts, committed to challenging the boundaries and deliver market leading work. About you You are a strategic thinker with a strong technical edge. Ideally you are a high performing senior executive or manager looking to take the next step, with a strong knowledge across SEM and Social. You have 2-3 years experience in a Performance or Activation position with sound knowledge of digital media buying in particular across Google and Meta. This role is perfect for a challenger with experience with client and campaign management, who is ready to further develop their technical craft and enhance leadership talents in a supportive and coaching environment to thrive.
