Accounts Officer - Temporary 6 Month Position About UsAG Security Group is South Australia's leading and largest privately-owned security organisation that has been protecting Australians for 33 years.About The RoleDue to the high volume currently being experienced, we are seeking a temporary, full-time Accounts Officer to support our Finance team. This role will involve bookkeeping activities and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our day-to-day business. In this role, you will support in several key functions including, but not limited to: Processing of supplier invoices and credit notes. Regular maintenance of recurring weekly and monthly payments Processing invoices for payment via EFT/internet banking, cheque, and credit card Reconciliation of corporate credit cards Assist the Financial Accountant with cash flow forecasting as required Setting up new suppliers in the system whilst maintaining existing ones Completion of supplier credit applications Monitoring and controlling corporate credit card expenditure.
