About the opportunity We are seeking an Admin Support Officer to join our Care Support team and provide essential administrative support across various functions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our operations. The day-to-day responsibilities: Work closely with our team of Care Advisors and support them with the administrative component of their role Manage all correspondence and incoming and outgoing mail. Process invoices in Epicor ensuring timely submission. Maintain and distribute internal contact list. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas. Take minutes in various meetings, distribute and file as required. Manage referrals for Allied Health Services. Coordinate referrals to external providers such as personal alarms, home maintenance, and gardening services. Coordinate client discharges and reimbursements on client management system. Support duty role when required by triaging calls. Prepare staff ID tags and coordinate name badge requests. Manage distribution of staff equipment requirements e.g. laptops, monitors, trolley bags. Manage incoming calls, send and respond to emails and communicate any action required to care advisors. Maintain accurate records of activities in a shared spreadsheet and provide administrative support for documentation in care plans and case notes. Source health summaries, and other medical reports. Daily office attendance to support administrative operations effectively. What success looks like for this role: Minimum two years’ experience in administration, preferably in the Aged Care Sector. Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent. Tertiary qualification in community services, health, or a related field (Desirable). Exceptional negotiation skills when engaging with internal staff and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including processing spreadsheets and database management systems. Confident handling inbound and outbound communications, including phone, email and in-person inquiries. Proficiency in Greek language is desirable. Why choose with Fronditha Care?
