About The Role Based at our head office in Sydney’s Norwest business park, we are seeking a bright, enthusiastic personality to support our Credit and Administration teams. Please note that this role is entry level , and this would suit a recent school leaver with potential previous office experience aspiring to develop a career within financial services. The successful candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of the equipment finance process, including credit assessment, documentation, and settlement. It is envisaged that over time the successful candidate will progress to drawing up contracts, completing settlement verification and other associated functions.Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Credit Manager, responsibilities will initially include: Preparing new finance applications for the Credit Manager, including reviewing applications for completeness, loading into the SELFCO system, and carrying out the associated searches, such as ABN, ASIC and Equifax credit reports. Assisting the Settlements team with new supplier checks by completing the accreditation forms and gathering the necessary supporting information. Maintaining the introducer database. Fielding customer service inquiries including statement ordering, payout requests, and other general inquiries. Welcoming visitors, answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, and directing incoming emails and mail. General administrative tasks such as collecting and delivering mail, maintaining and ordering stationery and kitchen supplies, arranging catering for meetings, and general office support. Excellent Communication Skills : Clear written and verbal communication are essential for interacting with both customers and team members.
