Our SunPork Fresh Processing facility at Eagle Farm forms an integral part of the Group, a variety of ‘Heat and Eat’ products. The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our office team located at our Pork Processing Facility at Eagle Farm this will be a max-term position until August 2025 . Your role will include the following: Answer and direct phone calls Manage meat receivals, delivery dockets and purchase orders into system Coordinate transport with third parties and ensure requirements are met by the dispatch team. Ordering of gas and office stationery as required Maintain CHEP stock, with orders and weekly stock takes Archive end of month files Generate accurate production-based reports when required Completion of dispatch paperwork Ensure accurate data entry of paperwork, in a timely manner Resolve discrepancies from data information Generate periodic reports What We are Looking For As a key member of this team, the successful applicant must have: Intermediate knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel Demonstrated experience in similar administration roles Excellent attention to detail combined with organisational and time management skills.
