Administration | Senior School Provide pivotal support to our Senior School Directors Great opportunity for a career administrator with strong attention to detail Work with a team committed to making a difference in the lives of children About the Role We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Senior School team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing administrative tasks that support the Director of Student Development and the Director of Teaching Development, and other members of the Senior School Leadership (SSLT). The role holder will be flexible in their approach to working independently and collaboratively, prioritise tasks assigned by the Director and liaise with all members of the CGS Community and external professionals as required. About You You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following: Excellent administrative and organisational skills including strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail and a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to meet deadlines, manage conflicting priorities and maintain attention to detail. Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service to meet the needs of stakeholders. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) Aptitude for learning new IT systems such as those used at the school (Synergetic – student database system). Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
