POSITION OBJECTIVES: We are looking for a motivated, bright and friendly person to join our team and make this position your own. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinating fleet administration activities with a focus on accurate information and prompt processing. Liaising, consulting and negotiating with stakeholders, customers and sub-contractors; recommending/implementing solutions to meet daily challenges of operating within a transport, quarrying, civil construction and subcontracting environment. Data input, reconciliation, and reporting tasks for TCQ. Assisting to co-ordinate the administration function of the Treloar workshop, Treloar Maintenance and Engineering (TME), including job setup, data input, purchase orders, invoicing etc. Continuous improvement activities including identifying and recommending system and process improvement opportunities. Assisting with the implementation of new systems and processes, including management of change across the business. POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: Relevant experience working in an administration or business systems role. Exceptional relationship/stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence to achieve outcomes. High IT literacy with experience in data input, reconciliation and understanding of finance principles. Exceptional level of attention to detail and record keeping, including financial data with the ability to analyse and proactively problem solve. Ability to continually improve, challenging the status quo to find efficiencies with knowledge of change and project management principles. Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads with competing priorities. Bright, friendly, professional demeanour with a ‘can do’ approach. Confident communicator with ability to listen and transmit information accurately. Competent use of the Microsoft Office suite of software including Word and Excel.
