Administration Assistant and Receptionist Termi Home and Commercial Toowoomba provides a range of services to the residential and commercial construction industry. Renowned for taking a quality approach to the delivery of products and services to the building industry. Our building protection products and services include termite barrier systems, waterproofing systems, epoxy & polished concrete flooring and pest control. About the Role We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant/Receptionist for immediate start, to join our small, friendly & supportive team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls as necessary Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Processing over the counter sales Data entry, filing and document management Monitoring and maintenance of the technicians job board Monthly stock control – incoming and outgoing Coordination of freight and couriers Office supply management; workwear, stationery and kitchen supplies Maintaining a tidy and organised reception and office area General office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Administration for the Residential Waterproofing and Termimesh departments – encompassing job allocations, liaising with technicians and builders, processing certificates and warranties Working directly with Administration Coordinator and the Director on a variety of different administrative tasks Experience and Skills required Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience in Formitize and/or Xero is advantageous Excellent verbal and written communication skills Reliability and strong work ethic Ability to multi-task and have attention to detail A professional appearance and demeanour A high level of organisational and time management skills Ability to learn quickly and take initiative This position is for an immediate start. The hours required are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. Remuneration is commensurate with skills and experience.
