Administration & Facilities Support (6-Month Fixed Term) Mayfield Early Education is a leading provider of early childhood education and care services, committed to nurturing the potential of every child. We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented team player to support our centres through exceptional administrative and facilities coordination. The Opportunity! Reporting to the Business Services Manager, our Administration & Facilities Support role will take ownership of maintenance requests, liaise with contractors, and provide critical support to ensure our facilities run smoothly. Responsibilities: Coordinating maintenance requests - log, prioritise, and track maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and compliance across all centres. Assign & monitor tasks, escalating issues in consultation with our Business Services Manager as necessary. Update records in a timely & accurate manner. Collaborate with contractors and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolutions. Sourcing quotes, scheduling work and building strong contractor/supplier relationships. Work closely with the Business Services Manager for approvals and support. Keep Centre Managers informed on task progress and updates. Provide general administration support to our Facilities functional area, including raising purchase orders. What you'll demonstrate: Attention to detail, with excellent record-keeping abilities. Excellent organisational and time management skills, and an ability to manage various tasks. Strong written and verbal communication, as demonstrated by your friendly & professional approach. Ideally you will have some experience in facilities maintenance coordination. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment. Why Mayfield?
