Administration & Finance Officer - Early Learning Be the bright, bubbly welcoming face of our Early Learning Centre and manage the administration function of the centre. TLC Early Learning Mordialloc provides 119 places for long day care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years old. With a focus on integrated and inclusive learning, we strive to foster connectedness and engagement within our communities, including the residents of the co-located aged care home through our innovative intergenerational program, Jellyfish, ensuring every child feels at home as they learn, play and grow. We welcome a cheery and motivated full-time Administration Officer to be the first point of contact of our busy Early Learning reception while providing calm, high-quality customer service to everyone feel warm and welcomed. Hours of work Full-time Onsite Monday – Friday What you’ll be doing Managing a busy switchboard Meet & greet all parents, children, guests Arrange and manage bookings and tours Provide support to parents through the Child Care Subsidy process Manage parents accounts and monitor ongoing payments Assist with new enrolments Maintain front and back of house procedures Work collaboratively and strengthen relationships with TLC employees What you’ll get Exclusive TLC Employee Shopping Portal access and receive significant wholesale discounts on everyday items Program of employee and wellbeing initiatives Employee Assistance Program Discounted health insurance Free gym membership Novated leasing What you’ll need Good understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) Certificate III in Early Education and Childcare or Administration (desirable) Working with Children Check Police Check Protecting children: Mandatory reporting module Food Safety and Handling Certificate HLTAID012 Provide first aid in an education setting Eligibility to work in Australia Autonomous computer literacy and speed TLC Healthcare operate on a direct sourcing model and request agencies to respect no unsolicited contact for vacancies advertised.
