Spring Professional are partnered with one of Australia's leading Property & Real Estate Groups, who now have an opportunity available for an Administration Manager. This exciting Administration Management vacancy is available working with a highly successful team inside the corporate office of a large shopping centre in Canberra ACT. Key responsibilities of the position: Lease set up, renewals, vacates, expiries and options Communicate with lease administration department Manage lease expiries and generate communication to tenants/retailers Process electricity, water and gas advice and generate recharges to tenants Generate rent roll Process daily receipting Maintain centre database Coordinate budgets and forecasting Manage tenant insurances and bank guarantees Prepare end of month profit & loss account including adding comments to variances Centre projects relevant to the role In return, this role will offer an industry-leading remuneration and a clear path for progression into centre management.
