Administration Officer - Bundoora (Casual) Make a difference in a NFP that supports military veterans and their families Join a small, friendly and supportive team Casual position Competitive remuneration on offer + super Located at our Bundoora home with 90 older persons About the role We are recruiting an Administration Officer to join our small team to provide quality reception, administration and rostering services for our 90-resident aged care home located in Bundoora. You will also use your professional and compassionate customer service skills to support potential clients with enquiries, paperwork and site tours. About you To be successful in this role, you will be kind, customer service focussed and thrive in a busy and varied role where no day is ever the same. You will also have: Relevant qualification and/or experience in Office Management and Administration – ideally in an Aged Care or Health Care setting Previous experience using electronic health information and/or rostering systems (previous experience in Home Care scheduling would be of advantage) Intermediate level of computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet and Outlook (experience using Time Target, HumanForce, DayForce will be highly regarded) Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, and ability to multi-task Willingness to undergo a National police check Proof of rights to work in Australia We recognise the rich diversity of people across Australia.
