The Administration Officer (Business Services) is an all-rounder who will enjoy providing support to staff and managers from across a variety of interesting biosecurity topics from animal health to plant policy. No two days will be the same and you will: Be the first point of contact for visitors and manage the public phone line. Undertake financial tasks, including invoicing, credit card reconciliations, and preparing business reports and journal entries. Record keep, organise travel arrangements, and maintain databases and administrative systems. You will join a small team (5-10 employees) that forms part of the greater Biosecurity Tasmania Division.
