Administration Officer - Casual Pool - Paediatric Outpatient Services Job no: 893917Work type: CasualLocation: Adelaide CBDCategories: Administration, Business and Management Women's and Children's Health Network, Corporate Admin Services, North Adelaide (5006) Salary - Classification - ASO2 - Administrative Services Officer L2 - $30.01 - $32.28 per hour + 25% casual loading Employment Casual - Term Contract (12-months) About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Paediatric Outpatient Services team as a Outpatient Administrative Officer , where you will be responsible for: Reporting to the Administrative Manager, Corporate Administrative Services, the Administration Officer provides confidential secretarial, reception, and administrative support to Paediatric Outpatient Services. Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting staff, patients, and students at WCHN. Performs tasks independently and handles complex duties as assigned by the Administrative Manager. Coordinates patient appointments, updates demographics, manages check-in/check-out, processes billing, and corrects data reports. Provides administrative support to other staff as directed by the Administrative Manager, Paediatric Outpatient Services. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in an administration type role. Demonstrated competency in word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and Teams. Effective interpersonal and customer service skills. Proven ability to handle conflict situations in a calm and impartial manner. Demonstrated initiative and good organisational skills, ability to set priorities, work under pressure and undertake some problem solving with limited assistance. Understanding of patient rights and responsibilities and confidentiality. What WCHN Can Offer You Relocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.
