Administration Officer - Critical Care Unit To work across the intensive care unit ensuring a high level of patient focused customer service is provided. Job details Position status: Permanent Position type: Part-time Occupational group: Administration Classification: AO3 Workplace Location: (Location) Job ad reference: QLD/CAB616058 Closing date: 05-Feb-2025 Salary: $38.81 - $43.16 p.h. Job duration: Permanent Part Time 38 Hours per fortnight Responsibilities Provide a high level of administrative support within a multidisciplinary team ensuring business needs are met to a high standard. Exercise judgment and discretion in undertaking various tasks whilst being responsible for the quality of work undertaken. Utilize available information systems recognizing that decision making in clinical and management settings depends on accurate, timely, relevant, complete, concise, and readily accessible information. Manage workload appropriately; prioritizing tasks to ensure work is completed within designated timeframes. Work autonomously with minimal supervision and participate as a positive member within a multidisciplinary team while displaying strong work ethics. Assist other staff/departments to ensure priority tasks are completed and deadlines are met. Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of departmental/organizational goals. Maintain a clear understanding of the Queensland Health Code of Conduct to ensure responses and inquiries from internal and external clients are met with confidentiality.
