Administration Officer (Enrolments and Events) Riverside Christian College is a rapidly growing Prep – 12 independent Christian College located in Maryborough, Queensland providing both Day School and Distance Education. Riverside is seeking an Administration Officer to work on a full-time basis within our Student Services Team. The position will work in the two key areas of Student Enrolments and College Events. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Engage with the Marketing Team and Executive to implement enrolment strategies. Respond to all enrolment enquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner, ensuring appropriate follow-up. Promptly process new enrolment applications and student withdrawals, including coordination of interviews, engagement with families and communication with all stakeholders. Maintain accurate student data in the Student Management System and generate reports for annual census submissions, ensuring timely entry into government portals. Provide reports to the Principal, Executive Team and Board on student enrolments and withdrawals. Manage correspondence, communications and events relating to Maryborough and Wide Bay School Sports. Provide administrative support for the Fraser Coast Interschool Equestrian Competition. Carry out administrative and operational tasks within the Events team for all major events including awards nights and sporting carnivals. Support the Student Services Team including answering phones, assisting students and First Aid when required. Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders including staff and students. Comply with College policies, procedures and practices, including Workplace Health and Safety and the Staff Code of Conduct. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Administrative qualifications (Cert III or greater) or demonstrated experience in an administrative role. Ability to work independently. Experience in coordinating large-scale events. Possesses excellent computer and technological skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Effective coordination and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and work within strict deadlines. Possesses strong Christian character and supports the College Christian values.
