Job Description

Permanent full-time opportunity to provide effective and efficient customer-focused administrative services within the Orthopaedic Outpatient Department. This position operates with a high degree of independence while maintaining open channels of communication between all staff within the department and other members of multidisciplinary teams. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with Metro North Health's values: Accurately view, record, and retrieve information from Queensland Health and office systems including ieMR, Enterprise Scheduling Management system (ESM), Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS), Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Adapt and act innovatively and resourcefully in the performance of duties. Achieve work targets with limited supervision and contribute to team goals in a changing environment.
