Permanent Part Time role - 32.0 hours per fortnight Ideal if you are studying or looking for reduced hours to suit your lifestyle! A new permanent part time vacancy has arisen within our People and Culture department. We are looking for a motivated and professional team player who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and diverse administrative role. This is an excellent chance to broaden your administration experience and expand your knowledge in the field of Human Resources with a knowledgeable and supportive team. The Position: In this role you will provide administration support to the People and Culture department to ensure workflows in the department occur in an efficient and timely manner. Areas of responsibility include administering employee contracts, on-boarding and exiting processes, coordination of interviews, management of correspondence and maintaining department records and databases. With a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) being implemented in the future it is an exciting time to join our team and learn an online employee management system. This position is worked as part of a job share arrangement in the department's reception area, where you will often be the first point of contact for internal and external customers. The position is suited to someone who enjoys people interaction, process driven work and can multi-task whilst maintaining an excellent attention to detail. A requirement of the contracted hours is to work an 8.30-5.00pm shift on a Friday with flexibility (such as shorter shifts) available for the remaining hours. Being a job share role, availability to provide additional coverage occasionally for planned leave is needed. A minimum of two years' Administration experience and Certificate III in Business Administration (or relevant equivalent) Proven experience working within established procedures and the ability to learn new processes Good communication skills with the ability to provide excellent, customer-focused service A high attention to detail with an excellent organisational ability in a busy working environment Excellent skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office with experience working in databases Please refer to the position description for other key selection criteria requirements.
