Key Responsibilities include: Effectively communicate with clients and staff demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience and a positive attitude. Exercise judgement and discretion in undertaking various tasks whilst being responsible for the quality of work undertaken, by managing workloads appropriately; prioritising tasks and ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes. Provide high quality confidential administration support to the team. Act as a primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communication. Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $97,656 p.a., comprising salary rates: $38.81- $43.16 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (temporary part time position available for 12 months, 53.2 hrs p.f.).
