Administration Supervisor, Clerk Grade 3/4, Albury, Tumut & Wagga Wagga Community Corrections Corrective Services NSW Location: Albury, Tumut-Junee & Wagga Wagga Community CorrectionsPosition Type: Talent Pool Creation for Ongoing, Temporary, Full-Time and Part-Time roles.Salary: Clerk Grade 3/4, $82,193 pa - $90,001 pa plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loadingYour role The Administration Supervisor coordinates the administration team to provide, and directly provides, quality customer, administration and support services to a broad range of stakeholders including but not limited to, staff in the office/hub, other agencies, members of the public and offenders. The role ensures effective administration services are delivered to facilitate the efficient operation of the Community Corrections office. The Administration Supervisor is responsible for coaching, training and leading a team of up to five administration team members.The values of Service Trust Accountability Integrity and Respect are embedded in all that Community Corrections does. We house remand and sentenced inmates in correctional centres and supervise offenders serving orders in the community.CSNSW provides reports and advice to courts and releasing/parole authorities and assesses offenders in the community and in custody for relevant interventions to reduce their risks of reoffending. CSNSW works in partnership with other government and non-government justice and human services agencies to support victims, facilitate restorative justice and promote reintegration.Are you ready to join us?
