ABOUT THE ROLE Right at Home Sunshine Coast are seeking a qualified, reliable and passionate Administration/Scheduling Officer to join us on a permanent full time basis at our Caloundra office, with an immediate commencement! You will need to be friendly, positive, and determined to make a difference. You can demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy, and treating others with dignity and respect. You’ll be a natural relationship builder, honest, helpful, and dependable, making you a great asset to our team. As part of your role as Administration/Scheduling you will be required to participate in the on-call roster. You will be responsible for: Managing client and worker enquiries via telephone or email with empathy and professionalism, ensuring exceptional customer service Cultivating strong relations with clients and workers, ensuring trust and confidence in the services we provide General administration duties including printing, scanning and filing of documentation into online systems and portals Assisting the Scheduler with ad-hoc scheduling and rostering requirements Work rights in Australia Qualification in Business Administration, desirable but not essential Applicable industry licences including NDIS and Blue Card National criminal history/ police check (or willing to obtain) Previous experience in a fast-paced Administration or Reception position · Proven ability to manage challenging workloads and schedules · Experience within an Aged Care/ Disability or Health Care setting As part of your ongoing commitment with Right at Home, you are required to maintain and use your personal vehicle and insurance for work purposes; and uphold your professional registrations and licences throughout your employment.
