SA Health is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant for a full-time, short-term contract position within the Paediatrics department at the Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide's southern suburbs. About the role: Reporting to the Senior Administration Officer, Paediatrics, you will play a vital part in supporting the efficient operation of the Paediatrics unit, ensuring exceptional administrative support to our dedicated healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include managing appointment schedules, maintaining accurate patient records, responding to inquiries, and providing a warm and welcoming environment for our young patients and their families. Duties for the role will include: Demonstrated ability to use word processing software. Demonstrated ability to provide a Dictaphone typing service. Ability to use a wide range of computer software packages e.g.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Access etc. About you: To excel in this position, you must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to navigate various administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in a healthcare setting are highly desirable. Want To Know More?
