As an Allied Health Administration Officer with CALHN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Allied Health Directorate. You’ll provide comprehensive administrative support across a wide range of tasks, including managing telephone enquiries, coordinating reception duties, processing invoices and purchase orders, and assisting with basic HR functions. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the team by managing databases, supporting meetings, and overseeing both catalogue and non-catalogue orders. This dynamic role is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the efficiency of allied health services while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. In this role, you’ll be an essential link between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes. Internally, you’ll work closely with Allied Health administration staff, clinical teams, and business operations to provide exceptional service. Externally, you’ll interact with stakeholders such as referrers, suppliers, and academic institutions, fostering positive relationships that support the Allied Health Directorate’s goals. Organisational and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
