If so, we're looking for a dynamic and innovative Administrator to help manage the South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) MyLearning Learning Management System (LMS). At the heart of our mission is the goal to improve and reinforce best practice within the SMHS MyLearning LMS. We aim to create an LMS platform where every employee can access learnings in a timely manner, managers can view staff achievements, and the SMHS Learning and Development Services can effectively manage their education deliverables. The SMHS MyLearning team goals: Develop and implement a system-wide governance process. Create and deploy user support systems to manage enquiries and high-level configuration queries. Streamline processes: unnecessary steps and redundancies in the SMHS MyLearning LMS workflow to be identified and eliminated. Reduce effort: result in a minimised effort, leading to reduced workloads and a more pleasant experience. Encourage collaborative opportunities to align system features: creating a forum for SMHS system business users to share content, competencies, and training services. About the role This position is responsible for the coordination, operation, and maintenance of the SMHS tenancy in the Department of Health LMS. This position provides expert consultation for the use of the SMHS MyLearning platform.
