Job Description We are looking for a customer service professional who is willing to learn new skills, to join our growing West Perth team. This is a Permanent Part Time role! Based in our West Perth clinic, the successful candidate will be available to work a minimum of 37 hours per fortnight, on a roster basis. The ability to attend shifts in our Joondalup location would also be beneficial. The Roster: Friday 9am - 5pm Saturday 8.30am – 1.30pm (alternating weeks) Additional hours may be available to meet the requirements of the business on an ad hoc basis. You have proven experience in customer service, call centre, or administrative roles. You excel at providing exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone, even with high call volumes. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You're comfortable with computers and eager to learn new technologies, including stock management and appointment scheduling systems. Experience with booking systems like CRMs or POS is a plus. You enjoy interacting with people and are committed to creating a positive experience for our patients.
