About the Role We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrator Training Support to play a key role in delivering efficient training support services to our workforce. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a passion for training administration. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate employee training sessions Develop, maintain, and update training programs Track, compile, and report on training attendance and evaluations Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance in INX and other Learning Management Systems Process training invoices in a timely manner Assist with certification and training communication to employees What We’re Looking For: Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities Previous experience in training coordination or administration Familiarity with INX or Learning Management Systems (preferred) Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable) Why Join Us?
