Job Description : Admissions Coordinator Are you an Admissions Coordinator with aged care experience looking for a rewarding new opportunity? The role Reporting to our NSW / Victorian Admissions Manager, we have a great opportunity for a Consumer Admissions Coordinator working across our Kew and Hawthorn Facilities. You will drive occupancy levels by actively promoting our services to consumers and their families, health professionals, and referral partners. With your knowledge of aged care and sales background, you will build trust and confidence in SVCS as a preferred provider of aged care services in the local community. You will provide caring, kind, personalized, and seamless support to consumers and families entering aged care, ensuring enquiries are answered promptly and being proactive in solving complex issues. In addition, you will work with the broader team to review and improve processes to enhance the consumer experience. You will have : Previous experience in residential aged care admissions, with an understanding of the Aged Care Act and a good understanding of the person-centred care model; Previous experience working in aged care, community, or hospital setting is desirable; Customer service focused with some sales experience as an advantage; Excellent MS Office skills (Word and Excel) and experience in various CRMs and databases; Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload to achieve objectives; Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members; Confident communication style with a supportive and compassionate nature; Excellent verbal and written skills; Full driver's license is required; Current Police check and flu vaccination are mandatory requirements.
