We are seeking a seasoned Learning Training and Development Advisor who excels in designing innovative training programs that meet the evolving needs of our teams. In the role of Advisor (Learning, Training & Development) you will actively participate in the development of high-quality technical training materials for Customer Services Branch (CSB). Materials developed will contribute to building a capable, confident workforce who meets the needs of CSB and our customers. This role will not be required to deliver training. What You Will Do In your role, you will: Offer comprehensive advice on learning, training, and development, encompassing analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Customize training content, utilizing tools like Articulate 360, based on research to address diverse audience needs. Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout training development, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. Maintain and update technical training content and assets with a focus on version control, Accessibility and Inclusion, and quality control. Support staff delivering training, support external partners receiving training, responding to enquiries and practicing effective time management. Who We Are Looking For An individual with: A demonstrated background in learning, training and development methodologies. Qualifications relating to education and/or adult learning, along with experience in training development software such as Articulate 360 will be highly regarded though not mandatory. Effective communication and engagement skills to support collaboration with various stakeholders and to support colleagues. A proven ability to research, analyse and evaluate information to develop and maintain learning solutions to diverse audiences. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines for allocated program tasks.
