Queensland Tissue Bank (QTB) is looking for Two Advisors in Quality and Compliance to join their team. Queensland Tissue Bank (QTB) is Queensland’s sole facility for the provision of donated human tissues for therapeutic use. QTB performs all stages of tissue procurement including donor identification, screening and consent; and all stages of tissue preparation including retrieval, processing, storage, despatch, and quality management. About the Role There are 2 full-time positions available. Under the supervision of the Manager, Quality and Compliance, produce, maintain and improve quality systems for the QTB. Complete requests from regulatory bodies to produce dossiers submitted under the Biologicals Framework. Provide expert professional advice and assistance to internal and external stakeholders on tissue banking and quality management issues. Proactively monitor and report on significant quality assurance issues and advancements in the external environment which may affect the business of the organisation.
