Advisor Support/Paraplanner Location: Moorabbin, Victoria |Full-Time (In-office 5 days) Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + Superannuation (Negotiable)About the Role: Our client is a well-established family business dedicated to providing high-quality financial advice to their clients. Their team also enjoys four social events annually!We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Paraplanner to join their team. This full-time, office-based role focuses on delivering exceptional support to advisers and ensuring the best outcomes for clients.Key Responsibilities: Preparing compliant and comprehensive Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Records of Advice (RoAs) for risk insurance. Conducting detailed research and analysis on risk insurance products. Assisting advisers in developing tailored risk insurance solutions for clients. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Liaising with insurance providers and using software to obtain quotes and policy information. Ensuring client documentation is accurate and compliant, including database management. Providing technical support and guidance on life insurance queries. Contributing to process and system improvements within the business. Managing incoming calls, scheduling meetings, and offering general administrative support. About You: Experience in the Financial Services industry is highly valued. A true team player with excellent relationship-building skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. High attention to detail and the ability to take initiative. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
