In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing modifications to jet engines to support their transition to carbon-free fuel. You will develop innovative solutions and ensure the performance, safety, and efficiency of the engine. Key Responsibilities: Design and Development of Engine Modification: Design and develop necessary technical modifications to jet engines to enable their operation on carbon-free fuel ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance with industry standards. Test Methodology and Performance Evaluation: Develop advanced testing methodologies for modified engines running on carbon-free fuel. Implement engine tests, measure the technical performance, analyze test results and make necessary improvements to ensure optimal performance. Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documents, including design specifications, test reports, and performance evaluations. Ensure all documentation is precise, accurate, and in compliance with industry standards. Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field Minimum of one year of experience in aerospace engineering Strong practical knowledge of the operation of gas turbines and of machines in general Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy About Company Saar 4324 is a small engineering design company with a highly technical remit for the development of technologies in Australia.
