Job Description About the role: The After Hours Crisis Care Practitioner is responsible for providing a specialist crisis care after hours service for women, young people, and children experiencing family and sexual violence. The role works on a rostered, on-call basis on weekends, weeknights, and public holidays and is required to participate in monthly team meetings, debriefing, group supervision, annual performance and development reviews, and training. Desired Skills and Experience About You With degree qualifications in psychology, family therapy, or social work, you will be able to demonstrate a minimum of one year experience in a similar role. You will be committed to a minimum of 6 shifts per month. You will be a values-driven person, motivated to make a difference and hold the client at the centre of everything you do.
