What You'll Be Doing Coordinates after hours patient flow and patient care services throughout Mental health, Alcohol and other drugs (MHAOD) team. This position provides leadership and direction to after hours clinical staff to enable safe, effective quality patient care and improved patient experiences. Selection Criteria Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse. Postgraduate qualification in the field of Mental Health Nursing Management or associated fields and/or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated high level capacity to manage clinical services and utilise communication strategies. Proven ability to contribute to and advance operational/business plans for nursing services. Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor nursing resource allocations, FTE and workload. Experience in accessing, acquiring and utilising contemporary knowledge of professional and management issues. Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain. Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specific Diseases This is a Category ‘A’ position.
