After Service Administrator - Six Month Contract South Eastern Suburbs - Keysborough/Braeside Melbourne, Australia Reference: 6718658 Global Leader in Hot Water & HVAC products Great team culture and hybrid work environment Opportunity to become a permanent position Welcome to Rinnai Australia. A market leader in hot water, heating, cooling and renewable energy appliances for both commercial and domestic markets. We have two full time six month contract opportunities, both with the potential of transferring to permanency. The positions are full time, working Monday to Friday during standard business hours. What does the role entail? Liaise with our contractor network and manage their enquiries to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained Review service sales and consumer details in our job management system Provide support to all customer groups and drive our Customer First philosophy High volume data entry and general administration duties Maintain and verify warranty data Monitor email inboxes to ensure efficient and timely responses Update and maintain various registers and databases Issue invoices for all completed service jobs Do you have the following skills and experience? Excellent communication skills both written and verbal A positive attitude with a strong work ethic Previous experience in an after sales & service department High level of attention to detail together with accurate data input Administration and data entry background Who are we looking for? Individuals looking to work close to home in the Keysborough/Braeside area Available to work full time hours Monday to Friday on an initial 6 month contract basis Those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Applicants with a keen eye for detail and picking up errors Experience in an invoicing role and/or coordinating service booking requests with various stakeholders A background working in an after sales & service position will be highly regarded Rinnai Australia will support your efforts to achieve excellence.
