Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Aftermarket Parts Sales Manager based at our office in Sydney in Prospect, NSW. What you will do: This role will be key in driving parts sales and market share growth in the Asia Pacific markets through analysis, analytics, and market intelligence, supporting the sales team to target specific parts sales. This position will also work with dealers to achieve parts sales objectives, manage sales orders, conduct competitor analysis, and evaluate market share performance. Provide leadership and guidance to the HYMH Aftermarket Parts team in Asia Pacific, liaising closely with the regional PDC and local 3PL for customer satisfaction. Responsible for forecasting, planning, and continuous growth of the Dealer’s parts and service sales directly and via their team. Create and enhance procedures for aftermarket that assure HYMH processes and improve operations and performance. Develop processes and aftermarket actions to support dealers’ operations and provide strong customer support in the field. Ensure Parts interpretation services are well managed and add value to the dealers and customers. Work with parts operations and planning to increase parts fill rate and maintain inventory levels. Provide Aftermarket support for National/Key Accounts. What you will need: BS Degree in Sales, Administration / Engineering. 7-10+ years’ experience in leadership sales positions, service, training, and working with dealer development. Development of strategies and tactical sales. Strong Communication Skills.
