The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our aftersales team at Adelaide BMW. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our aftersales operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the service, parts, and warranty departments. Develop and implement strategies to improve aftersales performance and customer satisfaction. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of skilled professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with BMW standards and Eagers Automotive Group policies. Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Oversee warranty claims and ensure timely processing and resolution. Manage budgets and financial performance of the aftersales department. Skills and Experience Proven experience in an aftersales management role within the automotive industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and implement effective strategies. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Knowledge of BMW products and services is an advantage. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using automotive management software and systems.
