Tandara Lodge Community Care Inc. is a not for profit 46 bed residential aged care facility situated in Sheffield, Tasmania. Vacancies are available for Extended Care Assistants who have a passion for working with the elderly. We have part-time and casual shifts available. Applicants should have the following attributes and skills: Treat residents with dignity and respect and support them to maintain their identity and quality of life. Support residents with activities of daily living and enable them to participate in social and therapeutic activities. Maintain accurate documentation within the scope of the role, in accordance with Tandara's policies and procedures. Reporting of care needs and any changes. Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and continuous improvement relevant to the position.
