About the Role: Regional Victoria As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the facility, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with aged care standards, and a positive working culture for staff. This is a full-time position suited to a dedicated professional who values person-centered care and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and effective facility management. Lead and support a team of care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements. Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance of the home. Engage with residents, families, and the local community to maintain strong relationships. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and service excellence. About You: Strong leadership experience in aged care or healthcare management. Knowledge of aged care compliance, funding models (ACFI/AN-ACC), and accreditation processes. Ability to effectively manage teams and promote a culture of excellence. Financial and operational management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
