Documented proof of qualification (e.g. Cert III in Individual Support, Diploma, Bachelor) Current 2024 Influenza Flu vaccination evidence COVID-19 Australian Government vaccination certificate - 3 doses Current National Police Check (not older than 2 years) NDIS screening card Current driver's license/reliable source of transport Wonderful people skills - can build rapport easily with staff in facilities and their residents whist representing CBNA.
