The Perfect Character for This Role: An Experienced CNM: You've spent at least 3 years in a Clinical Nurse Manager role, showcasing your leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. A Master of Standards: You're well-versed in Aged Care Quality Standards and continuously improve processes to maintain exceptional care. Requirements to Play This Role: Current National Police Clearance (no older than 6 months). Annual flu vaccination (you've got it covered).
