Comfort Keepers is seeking a Full Time Team Leader (Team Mentor), Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm with alternative weeks working 7.30am - 3.30pm, to join our team to provide support, mentorship and leadership to our community based Support Workers. The Role: As a Team Leader (Team Mentor), your daily focus will be on supporting community based support workers, who are providing a range of direct care services to clients. You will be responsible for providing training, mentoring, guidance and support to Support Workers to foster the principles of positive ageing. You will also be proactively leading, managing and supporting staff in the community, ensuring efficient delivery of service in accordance with industry standards and principles. Ideally, to be successful in this role, you will have both experience mentoring a team, and also prior hands on experience as a support worker. This is a fast paced role that will work as part of a great team with a work culture that we are very proud of. The successful candidate will also have the following: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Focus on people and some prior management experience. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. A happy, positive, and friendly demeanor. Ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
