Aged Care Workforce Co-ordinator- Home Support Programs Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, Country Health Connect, Port Lincoln Temporary Full Time (up to 9 January 2026) Make an Impact, Shape the Future of Aged Care Are you passionate about supporting a dedicated team and ensuring quality service delivery for aged care clients? Join our team as the Aged Care Workforce Coordinator and play a crucial role in managing and coordinating care workers across various home support programs. You’ll help ensure that services are delivered efficiently, on time, and with the highest level of care. Key Responsibilities : Manage recruitment, retention, and rostering of care workers across multiple home support programs (CHSP, HCP, TCP, NDIS, STRC, HACC). Develop rosters and schedules to ensure optimal service delivery for clients. Work collaboratively with Care Coordinators and health professionals to schedule and allocate staff. Oversee the allocation of a variety of staff, including community support workers, clinical assistants, home helpers, and volunteers. Build strong relationships with government and non-government agencies, as well as staff across the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network. Participate in quality improvement programs and risk management processes to ensure compliance with service and accreditation standards. What We’re Looking For : Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines, and ensure the efficient completion of responsibilities. Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills. Experience in case management and working in a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to work with diverse individuals and communities, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Knowledge of relevant legislation, quality improvement processes, and the principles of primary health care.
