You will be visiting clients at home, providing intake and triage, crisis support, assessment and case management, reviewing risk and providing support to reduce impact of illness and enhance independence to our clients and carers in a variety of community and residential settings. You will provide discipline specific support and advice to the team. We utilise a cooperative and recovery-focused approach across the continuum of care to achieve optimal outcomes for consumers. Classifications for this position will range from Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4 NP75 - NP77 ($112,465 - $121,113 per annum). Your Contribution Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing, or a specialist undergraduate Mental Health Nursing program, or a specialist post basic course of training which led to registration as a Division 3 Nurse Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) 5 years' post qualification clinical experience within Mental Health and/or aged care clinical services including case management and care coordination experience Demonstrated passion for achieving the best clinical practice Relevant knowledge of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain What We Offer A focus on wellbeing initiatives, with regular events and programs Confidential, solutions-focused employee counselling A healthy work/life balance encouraged.
