We are seeking a strategic and experienced Agile Delivery Manager for a permanent full-time position based in North Sydney. You will ensure efficient delivery within the region by driving teams towards delivery objectives, mitigating risks, managing dependencies and fostering collaboration across squads and teams. Salary: Competitive salary PLUS super PLUS annual bonus incentive So, what’s the job? You’ll have responsibility for driving delivery of the iterative outcomes You’ll provide clear, executive-level roadmap updates, aligning delivery with business priorities and timelines You’ll provide business stakeholders with meaningful information to support their need for predictability You’ll partner with Platform Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and developers to manage cross-squad dependencies You’ll act as an agile champion and contribute to expanding the understanding and practice of agile principles and values And what are we looking for? You’ll have proven experience in IT delivery management, with significant experience in Agile environments You’ll have experience in applying (and teaching) the application of Agile methodologies, tools and techniques at scale You’ll have a demonstrated track record of continuous improvement and problem-solving capabilities You’ll be proficient in using delivery management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bamboo and Bitbucket You’ll be highly proficient in independent issue resolution and innovative problem-solving, with strong leadership skills and the ability to proactively manage expectations for delivery success So, why choose us?
